Penrith in Bloom
Here is a link to an amazing video. The community of Penrith, a small town close to my home, have achieved amazing horticultural results and this year won two Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Outstanding Community Awards for "Cultivating your Community" and "Nourishing your Community". The Garden of Eden-Penrith Community Gardeners led by Joan Robinson also achived an Achievement Award for "Nature Friendly Gardening".
